1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is BEST-KIT, based in Poland. You can contact us about data protection at contact@best-kit.com.

2. What data we process

Data you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, company, website, project details, budget and timeline.

Technical data: IP address, date and time of the request and browser information, which are processed for security and spam protection.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

To answer your inquiry and prepare an offer — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To protect the website and the form against abuse and spam — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who receives your data

Your data is processed on servers of our hosting provider. Inquiries are delivered to our business mailboxes, including a mailbox provided by Google, which may process data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract is concluded — in that case it is kept as long as required by law. Technical logs are kept only as long as necessary for security purposes.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@best-kit.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

8. Is providing data required

Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name, email address and a description of the project we cannot reply to your inquiry.
